Refund Policy

Beginning February 1, 2027, Reel Dating Tonight offers a premium subscription starting at $9.99 per month. Founding Members are not charged for premium access through April 1, 2027, as described in our Terms of Service. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis and automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payment is processed securely through our authorized third-party payment providers. Subscription pricing may vary depending on the platform through which you subscribe (our website, the Apple App Store, or Google Play); the price applicable to you is the price displayed at the time of purchase on the platform you use.

All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for:

• Partial billing periods remaining after cancellation
• Unused Premium features during an active subscription period
• Accidental renewals where the subscription was not cancelled in advance
• Change of mind or decision not to use the app

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate charges: If you were billed more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error.
• Service unavailability: If Reel Dating Tonight experienced a significant, extended outage (more than 72 consecutive hours) during a paid billing period.
• Unauthorized charges: If you can demonstrate that a charge was made without your authorization and you notify us within 14 days of the charge.

Refund requests under these exceptions must be submitted to staff@reeldatingtonight.com within 30 days of the charge date.

If you subscribed on our website, you may cancel your Premium subscription at any time by:

• Going to Profile → Account within the app and following the cancellation steps
• Emailing us at staff@reeldatingtonight.com with your account email

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel through Apple or Google as described in Section 5 below — we cannot cancel app store subscriptions on your behalf.

Upon cancellation, your Premium access will continue until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for any subsequent periods. Cancellation stops future billing only — no refunds are issued for the remaining days in the current period.

If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your billing relationship is with Apple or Google — not with us. Their policies govern cancellations and refunds, and we are unable to cancel, refund, or otherwise modify purchases made through third-party app stores.

To cancel an Apple App Store subscription: open Settings on your Apple device, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Reel Dating Tonight, and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

To request a refund from Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase. Refund decisions are made solely by Apple under its refund policy.

To cancel a Google Play subscription: open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select Reel Dating Tonight, and tap Cancel subscription. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

To request a refund from Google: visit Google Play's refund request page or your Google Play order history. Refund decisions are made solely by Google under its refund policy.

In both cases, cancelling stops future billing only; your Premium access continues until the end of the period already paid. The exceptions described in Section 3 apply only to subscriptions purchased directly on our website — for app store purchases, please direct duplicate-charge, outage, or unauthorized-charge claims to Apple or Google first, though you may also contact us at staff@reeldatingtonight.com and we will assist where we can.

If your account is terminated by Reel Dating Tonight due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions, you will not be eligible for a refund of any remaining subscription period. This includes termination for reasons such as harassment, fraudulent activity, or posting inappropriate content.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting us may result in the immediate suspension of your account. We encourage you to contact us at staff@reeldatingtonight.com to resolve any billing concerns before escalating to your financial institution.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
