You can block and report anyone from inside the app in two taps — from the shield icon on their video in Discover, from their profile, or from their card in Matches and Liked Me. Blocking takes effect immediately and works in both directions. If you'd rather report something to us directly, email the address above.

Your profile video is a 15-second intro recorded in the app. If the camera doesn't start, check that your browser or phone has camera and microphone permission for this site. You can re-record your video at any time from Edit Profile — replacing it starts a fresh window.

Settings, then Delete Account. This removes your profile, your video, your matches and your messages. It cannot be undone.

Use the same method you signed up with — Apple, Google, Facebook, or email. If you signed up with an email and password, use the forgot password link on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link.

Your video is linked by phone number. Sign up with the same number you gave at the event and it attaches to your profile automatically. If you used a different number, search by your full name during setup, or email us and we'll link it for you.
