You can block and report anyone from inside the app in two taps — from the shield icon on their video in Discover, from their profile, or from their card in Matches (either view). Blocking takes effect immediately and works in both directions. If you'd rather report something to us directly, email the address above.

Your profile video is a 15-second intro. You can record it in the app, choose an existing clip from your library, or claim one filmed for you at one of our events. If the camera doesn't start, check that your browser or phone has camera and microphone permission for this site. Every video has to show your face clearly — if yours is rejected, try better lighting and keep your face in frame. You can replace your video at any time from Edit Profile.

Settings, then Delete Account. This removes your profile, your video, your matches and your messages. It cannot be undone.

Use the same method you signed up with — Apple, Google, or email. If you signed up with an email and password, use the forgot password link on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link.

Your video is linked by the phone number or email address you gave at the event — either one works. Sign up with the same details and it attaches to your profile automatically. If you used something different, search by your full name during setup (spelling has to match what you gave us), or email us and we'll link it for you.
