Terms of Service

All content on the Service, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors.

DocOps LLC claims no ownership interest in any content posted by you on Keep It Reel Dating. The copyright to all such content shall remain with its original owner. By posting content on Keep It Reel Dating, you warrant and represent that you own the content you post or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party. You agree to pay all royalties and fees owing to any person by reason of any content you post on Keep It Reel Dating.

You hereby grant DocOps LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, transmit, publicly display, and distribute any content posted by you on or through Keep It Reel Dating, and to sublicense such rights solely as necessary to provide the Services. This license shall terminate 30 days after you remove your profile from Keep It Reel Dating.

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of this Agreement, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Keep It Reel Dating has a Basic tier, which is free, and a paid Premium tier. Everything is free for all members until February 1, 2027, with no daily limits on any feature; the limits below apply from that date onward.

• Basic (no charge). You may create a profile, upload an intro video, browse Discover, and send up to ten (10) likes per day. You may reply to any conversation where your match has messaged you first, but you cannot start a conversation. The daily like allowance resets at midnight United States Pacific time. You can see how many people have liked you, but not who they are. You can see everyone you have passed on and open their profiles (Look back), and you may like them from there. Bringing someone you passed on back into your Discover feed is not included.
• Premium. Unlimited likes, the ability to start conversations with your matches, seeing who has liked you, and unlimited bring-backs (returning someone you passed on to your Discover feed), plus access to premium-only features as we add them.

Founding Members have premium access at no cost for the period described in Section 8. We may change what is included in each tier. We will give reasonable advance notice before any change that reduces what a paid subscription includes, or that moves a feature currently available on the Basic tier into Premium. The move of feed bring-backs into Premium on February 1, 2027 is described above and is the notice for that change.

Beginning February 1, 2027, Keep It Reel Dating offers a premium subscription plan starting at $9.99 per month. Founding Members are not charged for premium access through April 1, 2027, as described in Section 8. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following payment terms:

• Billing. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payment is processed through our authorized payment providers.
• Pricing. The current subscription price is displayed at the time of purchase on the platform you use. Pricing may vary depending on the platform through which you subscribe (our website, the Apple App Store, or Google Play). We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; any price change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
• Authorization. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for all applicable fees until you cancel. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current payment information.
• Taxes. Applicable taxes are added to your subscription fee where required by law.
• Refunds. All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, except as described in our Refund Policy.
• Cancellation. Subscriptions purchased on our website may be cancelled at any time in the app under Profile → Account. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play must be cancelled through Apple or Google, as described in our Refund Policy. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Profiles created before February 1, 2027 receive free premium access as Founding Members through April 1, 2027. April 1 is a fixed end date that applies to all Founding Members regardless of when they sign up; it is not a per-member duration. A profile created on or after February 1, 2027 does not qualify and starts on the Basic tier. Founding Member access expires automatically on April 1, 2027 (plus any Matchmaker referral months earned); you are not charged when it expires.

If you bring friends to an in-person event as plus-ones, or a friend names you when they sign up, you may be marked as a "Matchmaker." You may add up to three (3) plus-ones per event. For each referred friend who creates an account and profile (including an intro video), you receive one (1) additional month of premium access, up to a lifetime maximum of ten (10) rewarded referrals. A referral counts only once the referred person completes a profile; a friend who signs up at an event but never completes a profile does not count. Each referred person counts once, regardless of how they were referred. Self-referrals are not counted. We determine referrals using the name, email, and phone number provided at the event. When you name a referrer at sign-up you must also provide their phone number or email so the reward reaches the right person, and we may attribute a referral by matching phone number even where the email differs.

We may modify, suspend, or end the Founding Member and Matchmaker programs at any time. Free access granted under these programs carries no cash value and is non-transferable.

At our in-person events, you may film an intro video (yourself or with our staff) and provide your name, email, and phone number so we can save it and link it to your profile when you finish sign-up. No profile or account is created at the event. Until you create a profile, the video is retained so it can become your intro; we send periodic reminders that your video is saved and a pre-deletion notice before any unclaimed video is removed.

Before an event video is saved, the person filmed must tick an on-screen consent box declaring that they are the person in the video, that they are 18 or older, and that they consent to Keep It Reel Dating using the video for account creation, marketing, and to operate the service. The video cannot be saved until that box is ticked. If you already have a profile, claiming your event video replaces your current intro video; you may replace it again at any time.

Sometimes a video filmed for you is uploaded after you have already created your profile — for example where our staff filmed on their own camera and uploaded later. In that case our staff may attach it to your profile on your behalf, matched by the email address on your event record. Where you already have an intro video, doing so replaces it. We will email you whenever this happens, and you can change or re-record your intro at any time from your Profile page. If you receive such a notice and were not expecting it, contact us at staff@reeldatingtonight.com.

Intro videos are normally limited to fifteen (15) seconds. A video filmed for you at an event on equipment other than the in-app camera may run slightly longer, and we may keep and play it at its original length rather than cutting it short.

We do not send marketing or automated text messages, and we have no text-messaging capability built into the Service. The phone number you provide is used only to link your event intro video to your profile and to identify your records — we won't text or call you. If this ever changes, we will update these Terms and our Privacy Policy first and ask for your consent before any messages are sent.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Arizona.
